A leading financial services institution is seeking a Debt Capital Markets Lawyer in London
The In House Lawyer role:
This is a role for a self-motivated Capital Markets lawyer, covering a broad range of work including the company's debt funding platforms, securitisations, capital issuances, hedging arrangements and ongoing monitoring of relevant regulation and disclosure requirements.
A broad overview of responsibilities include:
- DCM funding, including ABS and Covered Bonds
- Listing rules and disclosure obligations for various capital markets products
- Listing Rules, DTRs as applicable to (a) premium listed companies and (b) equity and debt securities offering
The ideal In House Lawyer:
- This role is a great opportunity for a lawyer with experience in debt capital markets / structured finance / treasury to provide advice to a range of stakeholders and the legal community which meets the commercial and strategic needs of the business
