The successful candidate will join their graduate trainee scheme within the legal department where you will benefit from a high level structured training programme.

You will report to the General Counsel and work closely with colleagues based in legal teams across numerous European offices.

The role is broad and will gain exposure to the following types of mandates.

Assisting on PE related funds (establishment of funds and ongoing maintenance and any deal related matters).
Segregated institutional mandates (non PE) - with institutional clients in respect of discretionary portfolio mandates across the various business (equities, fixed income, converts etc).
