THE ROLE
A corporate lawyer with 4-8pqe is sought to join the well-established UK team.
This will provide an opportunity to work on high-value and often high-profile general corporate transactions, frequently with an international element.
You will be working across all the core areas of the team, and a willingness to play a full role within the team is as important as experience of any particular work type.
You should have trained and qualified with a leading firm and have experience in and enthusiasm for complex, high value corporate transactions.
