THE ROLE

We have a new opportunity for a Funds lawyer to join a successful Funds & Investment Management team

This team services a blue-chip client base, consisting of leading European fund managers and their onshore counsel

The post holder will be working on some of the best offshore legal work in the market as part of a highly successful and collegiate team advising European alternative investment fund managers and their onshore counsel.

The work will include; advising on formation, legal and regulatory compliance, restructuring and termination of different types of off shore investment vehicles, including hedge funds, hybrid funds and private equity funds.

THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this unique role, you will have relevant experience as an investment funds, regulatory or corporate lawyer, ideally gained within a top-tier law firm

You will have outstanding technical skills, together with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
