THE ROLE:
This is as an excellent opportunity to take on a private client caseload in a well regarded firm based in North Wales. You will be responsible for a varied case load of Wills and Probate matters including preparation of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts, Court of Protection matters, Estate Planning and general Probate. As an experienced Solicitor you will demonstrate excellent communication skills and offer high quality client service when liaising with clients. You will be committed to teamwork and be willing to engage in business development and networking to help promote the firm and your department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors or Legal Executives with at least 5 years’ experience in Private Client. The successful lawyer will have good technical abilities as well as strong client communication to offer high quality service to client. As an experienced legal professional, you will be able to use your legal expertise to contribute to the firm’s continued success. A qualification in STEP is preferred but not essential. If not obtained, the firm would expect any successful candidate to actively pursue STEP qualification.
