THE ROLE:
The role is a permanent position with flexible and hybrid working offered to the right applicant. The appointed Commercial Property Lawyer will be dealing with a varied caseload of partnership agreements/ dissolution, easements and wayleaves, option agreements and leases for renewable projects and sale of land with development potential. The role requires the legal executive to have a strong understanding of commercial property matters and the ability to use their initiative, establishing leadership skills to develop the team in continuing the success of the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applicants are welcomed from Solicitors or Legal Executives with 3 years’ experience and have an enthusiastic, pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively. You will have strong communication skills with a keen focus on maintaining established client relationships. The firm seek a candidate who can work as a team, as well as independently.
