The Role:
- This is a standout opportunity for an Insolvency Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Leeds, with hybrid working in place
- The Insolvency team are widely respected across the region and regularly advise directors of PLCs, funders, creditors and insolvency practitioners on a broad mixture of contentious & non-contentious work, of which is frequently high-profile & high-value
- To align with this, you will have a diverse caseload covering both contentious & non-contentious mandates at a personal and corporate level, including insolvency litigation, asset recovery work, sales by administrators and corporate recovery
- As an Associate, you will also play a key role in the development of the national team, supporting the junior members and managing relationships with other departments within the firm
- In return, you can expect to receive a clear pathway to progress towards senior level, with incremental support from the team's Partners throughout your journey
The Ideal Candidate:
- A qualified Insolvency Solicitor with 3 to 6 years PQE
- Well-organised & proactive
- Excellent communication skills
