Are you a senior level, qualified Construction Solicitor looking to join a leading law firm in a recognised construction department where you can work towards Partnership? This forward-thinking Southampton-based Legal 100 law firm has a proven track record for success and are looking to grow their successful contentious construction team.

Contentious Construction Associate Solicitor
Southampton
£58,000 – £65,000

The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team to give you the right support required to climb the career ladder.  You will ideally be 7+ years post-qualification

The team have a wealth of experience acting on significant national and international projects, with which you will also be involved.

Having the opportunity to lead projects and supervise junior members of the team, you will be involved in a range of innovative energy, project, infrastructure, and construction disputes matters. This will encompass all forms of risk management, strategic advice, and dispute resolution including adjudication, litigation, and arbitration, therefore experience in these, as well as ADR, is essential. 

You can expect:
