Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new challenge where you can expand your property knowledge, learning a new skillset?
Exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected Legal 100 law firm based in Southampton within the Rural department where you will be advising businesses in the agricultural sector in this successful team.
My client provides advice to farmers, landlords and tenants of agricultural land, and businesses in the agricultural sector. They act for owners of landed estates providing advice on matters such as property issues, trusts, tax and succession planning. They also specialise in land, farm and country transactions, as well as rural asset management for Landed Estates and secured agricultural lending work.
My client is looking for a 2-7 year PQE residential conveyancing or commercial property solicitor, where the candidate has a strong interest in Rural property. Previous experience in Rural property law would be an advantage but is not essential.
My client offer hybrid working for all staff.
Excellent salary and benefits package available, commensurate with a Legal 100 regional firm.
