Are you a Commercial Property Solicitor or Residential Conveyancing Solicitor looking for a new challenge where you can expand your property knowledge, learning a new skillset?
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a well-respected Legal 100 law firm based in the New Forest area within the Rural department where you will be advising businesses in the agricultural sector in this successful team.
My client provides advice to farmers, landlords and tenants of agricultural land, and businesses in the agricultural sector. They act for owners of landed estates providing advice on matters such as property issues, trusts, tax, and succession planning. They also specialise in land, farm, and country transactions, as well as rural asset management for Landed Estates and secured agricultural lending work.
My client is looking for a Residential Conveyancing or Commercial Property Solicitor with 2 – 7 years’ PQE, where the candidate has a strong interest in Rural property. Previous experience in Rural property law would be an advantage but is not essential.
My client offers hybrid working for all staff, excellent salary, and benefits package, commensurate with a Legal 100 regional firm.
