Opportunity has arisen for a qualified Residential Conveyancer (2+ years PQE experience) to work for a growing law firm based in their Lyme Regis office, Dorset. This is a key role where my client is an established, highly respected law firm which is looking for either a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join this busy department.
Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive - Beaminster - £38,000 - £55,000
You will run and manage a full conveyancing caseload of files from instruction through to post completion (un-supervised) dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
Hybrid flexible working is on offer to all staff.
In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
