Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive - Leamington Spa

We are currently working with a highly reputable law firm based in the Warwickshire region, who are recruiting for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Legal Executive to join their firm.

The successful candidate must be experienced in a variety of transactions to include those related to registered and unregistered land, new builds, shared ownership and freehold/leasehold properties. You will be dealing with a wide range of clients on a full conveyancing matters therefore, the ability to manage your own high-volume caseload of residential property sales is essential.

This is a full-time role based in Royal Leamington Spa.
