This highly regarded Legal 100 law firm in Exeter are growing their Real Estate teams and looking for talented lawyers like you!
They have several different Real Estate roles, each with a slightly different focus, but all working in a very collaborative manner across major national and international projects. You will advise clients in both the private and public sector.
The roles include advising on:
- Investment acquisitions, disposal and asset management work
- Private residential and commercial development
- Local authority and registered provider housing development
- Regeneration and joint venture projects
- Strategic land transactions
As a Senior Associate you will take the lead on projects as and when you are ready, and as a valued member of the team you will work with and learn from some of the most knowledgeable partners in the business.
Flexible working to include up to three days per week working from home.
Fantastic benefits package including starting salary from £70,000+ healthcare, insurances and 2 bonuses per year.
