Leveraged Finance Associate - Am Law top 30

QED Legal are currently working closely alongside an Am Law top 30 firm who currently have a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level to senior associate to join a very diverse and female led Leveraged Finance team in their sprawling and tastefully appointed New York office.

An ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years substantive syndicated and bilateral lending experience representing investment banks and corporate/commercial banks. Experience in cross-border lending transactions and funds finance are a plus but not a prerequisite. Consistent exposure to highly sophisticated and diversified work is readily available, and due to the constant busyness of the practice, there is a huge potential for positional advancement.
