The Role:

This is a highly progressive opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor to join the firm's vibrant office in Aberdeen.

Your caseload will be diverse, including Covenant breaches, debt restructuring, capital restructuring, supply chain issues, asset tracing, liquidations, cross-border recovery and more.

You will act for Banks and other lending institutions, Private equity companies, Investment funds, Creditors, Retailers, Healthcare suppliers, Charities and Commercial organisations, many of which have a multi-jurisdictional element.

Requirements:

• You will be a Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor NQ-4 years PQE
• You will have an ambition to take ownership of and proactively progress a varied caseload
• You will be comfortable working in a close-knit, collaborative environment with a desire to get involved in business development
