Our client a top tier firm in Leeds seek an experience corporate solicitor to join their growing team.
They seek a corporate solicitor ideally 2-5 years' PQE to join them as the team are growing due to planned growth within the department.
Your role will involve M&A domestic/ cross border; private and public, equity capital markets, private equity/ venture capital investments and joint ventures.
You will ideally have gained strong corporate experience within a city or strong regional firm. You will be expected to be technically excellent and have significant commercial awareness. Within the firm you will be encouraged to develop a sector focus and the firm will work with you to understand where your professional interests will be.
You will be offered a significant remuneration package dependent on experience along with a fantastic benefits package.
