- Managing your own varied caseload of Property Litigation files (both commercial and residential)
- Dealing with commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions, and more
- Residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, and disrepair for housing association and residential landlords
- Work alongside the Solicitors and Partners in the team, assisting with their complex caseloads when necessary
- Support and help to develop the junior team members/fee earners
