Our client is a global asset manager looking to appoint a Corporate/Commercial Legal Counsel to its Group Legal function in London.
In this role you will advise on a wide range of corporate, commercial, regulatory and financing matters.
You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years' PQE and have in-house experience, ideally gained with a Financial Services institution.
This role would suit a transactional M&A or Private Equity lawyer looking to broader their practice into a mix transactional/advisory role.
This is a rare opportunity for a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join a collegiate and friendly legal team and advise at strategic level.
