This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced private client solicitor to join a reputable Legal 500 firm in Chichester.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be advising high net worth clients on succession planning, tax planning and asset protection. This includes trusts, complex wills, deeds of variations, probate, LPAs and Court of Protection applications.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have previous experience of advising high net worth clients and be ideally STEP qualified or working towards this.
