A new role has come in for an Associate around 3-4 year PQE to work for my leading law firm Client in London advising clients on the legal aftermath of major and minor air, land and sea incidents including criminal and regulatory incidents and defending personal injury claims.
You will be joining the Travel & Leisure side of their PI & Regulatory team in London.
They are ideally looking for solicitors with direct experience either in-house for a tour/travel operator company or have worked for a law firm that deals with travel law and claims.
You will advise clients on matters relating to travel law, regulatory compliance, commercial and media law.
Their clients include companies offering international and UK holidays, the cruise and ferry industry, hotel owners and industry bodies.
Your role will involve advising on contractual matters and clients booking terms and conditions as well as dealing with litigious claims and drafting commercial agreements.
