A residential property solicitor, legal executive or Licensed Conveyancer is required to join the Cheshire office of this long established law firm.

With two offices in Cheshire, the success of the firm is built on over 200 years of tradition. Acting for both private individuals as well as business clients across the North West, the firm offers a comprehensive range of specialist legal services. The firm prides itself on its commitment to high standards and ethics which in turn means many of the clients remain with the firm for life.

The residential conveyancing team has extensive experience of all property related matters to include buying and selling freehold and leasehold properties, transfers of leases and re-mortgages. Due to growth the friendly and respected property team is now keen to appoint an experienced residential property fee earner with a minimum of three years' experience handling conveyancing files from inception through to completion. You will be part of a partner led team where you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. You will have excellent communication skills as client care is at the forefront of everything the lawyers do.
