Contentious Trust and Probate Solicitor - Salisbury - £40,500 - £50,000
My client is a highly prestigious Salisbury law firm with a strong HNW client base and are seeking to strengthen their contentious trust and probate team, this department is very established and highly ranked in this specialised area of law.
To be considered for this role you should ideally have at least 2 years' experience handling contentious trusts and estates work, Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives who may been practicing across a range of litigation matters but with substantial contentious probate experience should also apply.
You will be advising on complex and often high value contentious matters such as; challenges to the validity of a will, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues.
ACTAPS membership would be an advantage, but not essential. If you are not already a member, then you will be encouraged to become a member.
