This busy high street firm are looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor to be the Head of their Will, Trust, and Inheritance Disputes team.
The successful Contentious Probate Solicitor will take over an existing caseload of contentious probate files, and also look to help to grow the department.
The matters you will take on will include:
The firm is looking for a Contentious Probate Solicitor with at least 3 years’ PQE and good experience managing a Contentious Probate and Trusts caseload.
ACTAPS membership is preferred but as long as you are happy to work towards this it is not essential.
