A Litigation Solicitor role has arisen at a well-regarded firm in Staffordshire. This position offers a litigation solicitor exposure to great quality work, where they focus on quality not quantity, in a firm that offers a 25% bonus of anything billed and paid about 3.5x salary. The firm also offers an element of hybrid working after probation.

Our client is a long-standing Staffordshire based firm. They are seeking a litigation solicitor to take on an array of matters, with a focus on Property, Commercial and Contested Probate.
The work is of high quality NOT HIGH VOLUME. Ideally, they are seeking a candidate at least two years PQE to work alongside the Partner on an array of matters. The team has plenty of support in the form of two secretaries and a paralegal and has a good IT infrastructure in place!
The firm can offer flexibility for remote working, a generous bonus scheme of 25% of anything billed and paid over 3.5x salary along with a supportive environment and genuine progression.
