The role

• This role will see you working within a Legal 500 ranked team, being lead and working closely with one of the leading Commercial Property Partners in the region, allowing for great exposure, along with clear career development within the firm.

• You will have a range of work which include freehold and leasehold titles, drafting, and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases, and agreements for lease, acting for landlords and tenants and acquisition and disposal of commercial properties.

Requirements

• You will be an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor 1+ years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge with a clear commercial focus
• Desire and ability to contribute to business development projects
