Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive
Wimborne
£40,000 - £50,000
A Residential Conveyancer is required to work for an established law firm based in the Wimborne area, Dorset. My client is a highly respected law firm and is looking for either a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join this busy conveyancing department.
You will have the ability to manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. Ideally, you will have 3+ years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload and help develop the department.
In return for your hard work, the successful Residential Conveyancer will be rewarded by working for a firm which strongly believes in its fee earners, developing a close professional relationship with clients, and supplies appropriate mentoring and support to develop your career.
