This is a broad IP role, and the successful candidate will be working on a range of contentious and non-contentious IP matters. These matters include copyright and database rights, trademarks, rights in design, and more.

The ideal candidate will be England and Wales qualified and have 1-6 years' PQE at a leading IP practice. A stellar academic background and stable career background are required.
