The Senior Associate in Banking and Finance in Manchester will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of banking and finance transactions. The Senior Associate will work closely with partners and other members of the team to manage and execute transactions, from initial structuring to closing.
 
The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in banking and finance law, gained at a leading law firm or in-house legal department. The candidate will have a strong academic background, with a law degree and a postgraduate qualification in finance or banking. The candidate will also have excellent technical skills and be able to manage a high volume of work to tight deadlines.
 
In addition to the legal expertise, the candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders. The candidate will be proactive and highly organized, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
