A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced Legal PA to join an award-winning personal injury specialist law firm based in Wythenshawe, South Manchester, working for the Head of Costs. The firm offers hybrid working, working from home two days a week and three days in the office. You will be required to have Legal Secretary/Legal PA experience and costs experience would be advantageous but not essential. 

As a Legal PA you will be expected to be proactive and use a high degree of self-management and initiative. You must also be organised and committed to providing excellent client care, as well as a confident, proactive team player who is able to provide a high level of support.

Duties to include: 
  • To prepare correspondence and documentation through audiotyping and word processing
  • To support in the efficient management of cases, including monitoring important dates and deadlines
  • Liaising with clients on a regular basis by email, in person, and over the telephone
  • Updating cases on the case management system
  • Requisition and make payments associated with department cases

Working Hours


Monday to Thursday, 8:30am – 5:30pm
Friday, 8:30am – 5pm with flexibility offered
