Banking and Finance Associate

We represent a leading international law that is seeking a Banking and Finance Associate to join their growing team In the Channel Islands.

The team have extensive experience in advising banks, financial institutions, private equity houses and corporate on many types of domestic and cross-border banking transactions. The transactions include loans and other funding arrangements, including property financing, project finance and general corporate lending.

You will advise both lenders and borrowers on counterparty issues as well as provide opinions covering due incorporation, establishment, capacity, authorisation, enforceability and enforcement of security interests etc.

You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 3+PQE gained at a top-tier firm or reputable regional firm. Candidates who have been trained in South Africa are welcome to apply.
