JOB TITLE: Regulatory Risk Advisory
LOCATION: Bermuda
SALARY: £100,000 +
TITLE: Associate 3+PQE
Our client is an international law firm seeking a highly skilled Associate to join their Regulatory Risk Advisory team in the Caribbean.
The team advises regulated and non-regulated financial institutions which includes business such as banking, insurance, investment funds, fiduciary and investment managers.
You will advise on regulatory applications, mergers and acquisitions and reorganisation, anti-bribery and corruption, anti-money laundering and regulatory aspects of transactional documentations and service provider agreements etc.
You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 3+PQE gained at a top-tier firm or reputable regional firm. Candidates who have been trained in Canada are welcome to apply.
