This is an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Property Lawyer to join a market-leading property practice.
This role will involve providing legal advice on a wide range of matters to local clients, (both institutional and private), concerning Guernsey commercial property transactions including investment, finance and landlord and tenant work.
You will take an active role in the business development and marketing of the department, and support and participate generally in the successful growth of the property department.
You will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with at least 1+PQE gained at a top-tier firm or reputable regional firm. Candidates who have been trained in South Africa are welcome to apply.
