Post Completion Assistant – Commercial Property, 3+ years’ experience, Hertfordshire, up to £30,000 DOE – This successful firm in Hertfordshire is seeking an ambitious Post Completion Assistant to join their Commercial Property Department, supporting the firms’ paralegals and solicitors.

THE ROLE:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Post Completion Assistant to join the Commercial Property Department of a highly regarded Commercial Law Firm based in Hertfordshire. The key responsibility of this role is to oversee and deal with post completion matters for the Commercial Property Department. This role requires the appointed legal professional to submit charge registration applications to Companies House, preparing applications at the Land Registry, dealing with any requisitions, chasing landlords and management companies, and liaising with clients as well as colleagues, ensuring all queries are answered.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have excellent organisation skills as well as a keen eye to detail, good grammar and spelling is a must. As an experienced Post Completion Assistant, you will have exceptional interpersonal skills, including good telephony ability as well as face to face communication with clients and colleagues. The firm is seeking a motivated individual to hit the ground running and adapt quickly to a busy workload. You must be able to use your initiative and work as part of a team, to ensure the continued success of the firm.
