A new opportunity has become available with a leading, regional firm to join their Guiseley/Bingley branch. They are looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney, and Probate, that would be suitable for either an NQ Solicitor or an established Solicitor/Executive looking for the next step in their career.

- Running a caseload of client matters
- Dealing with matters at all stages, from client initial instructions to completion
- Will drafting
- Dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates
