Ideal candidate skills and qualifications:

• Ideally 3+ years’ PQE, although candidates will be considered from NQ+
• Ideally have experience in Wills, Probate, Powers of Attorney and Estate Management
• Have excellent communication skills

Duties include:

• Dealing with the administration of Trusts
• Liaising with Stockbrokers in respect of Trust assets
• Completing tax returns, including calculating the tax where necessary or liaising with accountants
• Deal with the administration of Estates
• Completing tax returns on behalf of clients
• Dealing with complex issues that require research and discussions with other members of the Private Client department
