Are you a Residential Property Solicitor/Legal Executive in Stoke seeking a fresh environment that can offer a manageable caseload, the right support, along with the flexibility to work from home?
Our client is a reputable firm based in Stoke. They are looking to expand their residential conveyancing team with the addition of a Residential Conveyancer and a Paralegal which will increase their team to five fee earners. You will join as a Residential Conveyancer within a supportive team.
You will be able to take on a caseload of matters from instruction through to completion with the support of a legal assistant/paralegal. Our client is looking for somebody to hit the ground running on a variety of matters to include freehold, leasehold sales and purchase, transfers of equity, re-mortgage, and new build matters. Person fit is crucial so somebody who enjoys working as part of a tight knit team, who has excellent communication skills, and enjoys providing a high-class service to clients is key.
