Conveyancing Paralegal
Leamington Spa
£20,000 - £24,000
A conveyancing paralegal role has arisen within a large multi-site law firm. This role is a full-time permanent role.
This firm offers genuine career progression and offer out a number of training contracts to their paralegals
each year.
The firm itself has a heavy focus on conveyancing but also have large departments within private client, family and litigation. The firm has grown extensively over the past five years having opened multiple new offices in turn promoting people internally – upwards.
As a conveyancing paralegal you will be assisting in their new Leamington Spa office in either their new build or residential conveyancing department on all aspects of a fee earners caseload. You will get one on one support to enable you to grow and develop you quickly. This is a role that really can offer progression to a file handling role within a short period of time.
This conveyancing paralegal role will suit an LPC or law graduate with at least 12 months experience assisting in a similar role. Hard work, enthusiasm and drive and determination are key characteristics of the people within this firm, and this is what they look for.
