Private Practice Law firm in Oxfordshire are seeking a conveyancer to join their Residential Property team.
Ideally you will be a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with a minimum of 2+ years Conveyancing experience handling residential property transactions.
The role will include: Residential Sales & Purchases Re-mortgaging Leasehold & freehold purchases, enfranchisement and lease extensions.
You will be working in a team of 2 others which is Partner lead with full administrative support accessible to you. The firm are CQS accredited.
The role requires the ideal candidate to have a can-do attitude and good commercial awareness for an opportunity to join a great firm.
