My client is a food and agri-business seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to join their London legal team.
About the role
Reporting to the Senior Corporate Counsel and working closely with the wider global team (including the Global General Counsel), your responsibilities will include:
- Structuring, reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide variety of contracts such as services agreements, consultancy agreements, agency/ distribution contracts, co-existence agreements, collaboration, and R&D agreements, MoUs and MTAs.
- Advising on a variety of legal matters including those on M&A, corporate/commercial, listing rules, IP, digital and data privacy laws.
- Contributing to initiatives aimed at larger organisational impact.
- Closely interacting with internal and external stakeholders across functions and businesses globally.
About you
The successful candidate will ideally have at least 2 years experience within corporate law and have trained at a city law firm.
