Family Solicitor NQ/1/2+/Legal Executive

A well-established Merseyside firm is looking to add a NQ Family Solicitor / Fee Earner / Legal Executive to their already thriving and friendly team. The position offers the following:

The ideal candidate will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to work on both private and public family and childrens matters, and who will be comfortable advocating in court on such. You will also have a desire to develop and grow the firm's following / department and have experience in Legal Aid, domestic abuse and non-molestation. You will be a self-starter, and comfortable managing your own caseload from inception through to completion.

You will be a confident person with excellent communication skills who is at ease when dealing with clients, ensuring that each client receives an excellent level of service. This is a highly engaging role, providing the opportunity to work on diverse legal matters for clients across the region, within an experienced, highly motivated and personable team. You will be confident providing advice and guidance to junior staff within the department. The firm has a close knit feel and has staff socials and team building events regularly.

It would be advantageous if you had a referral source, or if you were working towards your panel membership, but this is not essential.
