Our Client, a reputable law firm in Central London, is currently seeking a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join its renowned team on an initial contract basis.
As a Real Estate Finance Paralegal within this leading team, you will be working on secured loan instructions from banks, bridging lenders, post completion registrations, loan redemptions, discharges of securities and loan tranche releases.
You will also be working on real estate finance transactions, acting on behalf of challenger banks and working with development loan funders.
Our Client is seeking to make an experienced hire with the following skills/experience:
- Degree Educated
- LPC Qualified (desirable but not essential)
- At least 3-6 months of Real Estate Finance Paralegal within a law firm (essential).
