THE ROLE
We have a new opportunity for a NQ - 5 PQE Solicitor to join an established in-house legal team to handle a broad-based commercial workload
The work will include reviewing, negotiating consultancy and sub-consultancy agreements, collateral warranties, novation agreements, letters of reliance, framework agreements, letters of intent, joint venture agreements
Assisting the business with claims and disputes
Assisting with developing, and implementing, systems and procedures to enhance efficiency of the business
THE CANDIDATE
You will have good technical and commercial skills, an excellent track record and ready to make an in house career move
Experience in construction and engineering law is preferable but not essential and candidates with a commercial contracts background will be considered for this role
The role offers split working arrangements
