Corporate Associate - Liverpool City Centre - 2-5 PQE

International law firm looking to appoint a Corporate Associate to their award-winning Liverpool City Centre office.

The Role:
· Corporate Associate 2 -5 PQE
· This is an opportunity to do London quality work
· You will be involved in cross border transactions- access to the US market- working with big tech clients on US deals ranging from 100s millions- billion dollar deals.
· You will be working with internationally renowned brands- entrepreneurs and their businesses
· You will be based in Liverpool but very much working as one UK team- working closely with associates, senior associates, Partners in London.

Candidate Requirements:
· Corporate Associate 2-5 years PQE gained at a leading regional, national or international firm
· Strong academic profile
· Good communication skills- outgoing & personable
· Ability to work autonomously and also within a wider team
· Self motivated
· Attention to detail
· Ability to prioritise
