International, industry leading law firm is looking to recruit a qualified Trade Mark Attorney due to the continued expansion.

The Team

The team advises global clients on a wide range of IP issues, through the full life cycle of a business and across a large variety of matters - from trade marks and designs registration, high profile licensing arrangements, and regulatory advice, to representation in patent litigation and advice on patent transactions and other technology-related matters.

The Role

You will work with a good level of autonomy and enjoy a great level of support in doing so.

The opportunity focuses on:

Handling trade mark conflicts and registry disputes, including advising on strategies to defend, prosecute and settle oppositions, cancellation and revocation actions.

infringement disputes

Conducting and advising on trade mark availability searches

Advising clients on registrability of trade marks

Filing and prosecuting trade marks on a worldwide basis,

The Candidate

This is a mid to senior level opportunity, you will enjoy assisting partners on bigger / more complex cases and mentoring junior Solicitors.

Experience of handling cases at the UKIPO and EUIPO is essential, as is working with foreign associates.
