Due to the firm's ambitious growth plans having achieved double percentage growth over the last few years, they are looking for a 2-4-year Corporate Solicitor to join their busy and fast-growing Corporate Department in their modern office in Camberley, Surrey.

The Role

Due to the ambitious growth, this Law firm is looking for a 2-4-year PQE Corporate Solicitor to join their Corporate Department at their Camberley office.

The firm is looking to expand its Corporate Department and is looking for a full-time Corporate Solicitor to join its hard-working and vibrant team that has achieved double percentage growth over the last 8 years.

You can expect to be working for household brand names and owner-managed businesses alike on a wide range of corporate matters.

The matters will involve:

• business sales and purchases
• business re-structures
• business ownership documentation
• banking & finance transactions

Requirements

• 2+ years relevant PQE (preferable)
• Solid experience working in an established and recognised Corporate Department
• Excellent client care skills
• Commercial acumen
