Strategic Commercial Litigation PSL, FT/PT

I am exclusively instructed by this dynamic and innovative international law firm seeking to appoint a senior litigator in a strategic professional support lawyer role. This is an excellent opportunity for an existing PSL or for a senior lawyer seeking a new challenge in a more commercially orientated and people focussed role.

Advising and assisting the CDR Group you will work on projects assisting litigators across the broader litigation groups and will help shape and roll out the trainee and junior lawyers training programme in relation to the SQE. You will also be heavily involved in the strategy around client work and delivery.

The successful individual will be comfortable dealing with internal stakeholders at all levels, having regular contact with the most senior partners and heads of department, through to trainees and innovation specialists. Strong communication skills are key. You will be involved in designing and delivering internal training for the commercial litigators, as well as giving one to one booster sessions. You will regularly review training and keep the relevant materials updated, identify topics of interest and support BD initiatives requiring a knowledge element.
