The Role:

This Silver Circle law firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor 2-4 years PQE to join its highly-ranked team in the City of London.

This role has arisen due to growth, with many partners having being appointed from the internal team and increasing demand for the department's services.

You will work with an exciting client list of large corporate and multi-national businesses. The role will entail providing corporate support in structured real estate transactions, structured finance and capital markets, M&A, joint ventures and corporate transactions as well as international tax structures and cross-border transactions.

You will be based out of the City of London office with flexibility for hybrid working. The position will involve participating in key business development initiatives for existing and potential new clients.

You will work closely with the broader team and Partners, with the opportunity to lead projects and handle both internal and external client relationships.

Requirements:

• 2-4 PQE England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Understanding of UK and international corporation tax
• Exposure to real estate transactions & structured finance
