Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/ILEX - Wareham - £38,000 - £55,000
My client are a Legal 500 ranked firm who are looking for a Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive as part of ongoing growth in the conveyancing department based in the beautiful location of Wareham; in this key role.
This successful and well established law firm is seeking a Conveyancer with the ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties.
Ideally, you will be 1+ years’ PQE and be responsible for managing your own caseload, and help develop the department. Excellent career prospects on offer.
Salary is negotiable, depending on experience, and will include a comprehensive benefits package and clear career progression opportunities.
Hybrid working is available.
