Superb opportunity for an experienced Commercial Senior Associate to join this outstanding Commercial Team in London
Joining this successful top tier commercial department, you will handle high quality business advisory and transactional work on behalf of clients across the Technology, Digital and Brands sectors, including well-known names in the sports, retail and leisure space.

Due to increasing client demand, the partners are keen to appoint a Senior Associate with previous experience of advising a variety of clients across the full range of data privacy issues, including contract and policy review advisory work, DSARs, data breach, data transfers, ongoing compliance requirements and corporate transactions.

The successful candidate will participate in client marketing opportunities, identify growth opportunities and be able to develop a significant practice, with a view to promotion to partner within 2-3 years.
