This is an outstanding opportunity for a hard-working and focused Residential Property lawyer of 2 or more years’ PQE to join the Private Real Estate Group of this Private practice law firm in Cambridge. The RE Group provides high quality advice and services to private clients, trusts and family offices in connection with their real estate affairs. It works closely (where appropriate) with other specialists in the Firm, including Private Client and Commercial Real Estate lawyers to achieve that aim. The team has a track record of providing a full range of high quality, profitable residential property services relating to both freehold and leasehold property transactions and funding arrangements. The successful candidate will act for a variety of clients including individuals, investors, corporates, UK lenders and trusts, as well as mentoring some of the more junior members of the team. Applicants should have an appetite to acquire the commercial acumen and managerial qualities necessary (over time), to rise quickly through the ranks as part of a long-term career plan.
